WHAT IS COPYRIGHT?
It is a form of protection by the laws to the pioneers or the authors of the orginal works of autorship in various field, for example, arts, software and and musics
WHAT IS INTERNET AND COPYRIGHT?
"The Internet has been characterized as the largest threat to copyright since its inception. The Internet is awash in information, a lot of it with varying degrees of copyright protection. Copyrighted works on the Net include new s stories, software, novels, screenplays, graphics, pictures, Usenet messages and even email. In fact, the frightening reality is that almost everything on the Net is protected by copyright law. That can pose problems for the hapless surfer." INTERNET ETHICS
- Moral principles that needed to be keep in mind when using the internet.
- Do not plagiarism ; if want something that is not yours, ask a permissions first from the owner.
- Never ever used bad languages while using any service, for example, email.
- Do not steal someone informations.
- Do not be a hacker. Because it is a crime as it may cause lost of owner's data.
EDUCATIONAL FAIR USE
- as for education, it is all right to get it without permission as it is for non-profit educational institution.
- of portions that should be follow is : Not more that 15 images ( 10 % of collection), 30 seconds for music ( 10 %) and 3 minutes for video ( 10 %)
